We just closed the selling of our first home (in Fort Lee) with Simon.

We obviously had a long (almost unrealistic) list of criteria, when we interviewed many agents in the hood. With no doubt, Simon seemed to have the best local knowledge and value the transparency, which were our top two criteria - thus the hand-shake!

Indeed, he went above and beyond our expectations throughout the painful process of finding the right timing for listing, selecting the right offer, negotiating with the buyer, and finally signing on the closing document. Not only did he give us the expert advice on every single question that we had, he connected us to his partner attorney who also gave us tremendous care and tips all throughout the process.

Given that the first selling experience can be nerve-breaking, we definitely felt secure, in-control, and respected, due to the thoughtful care and organized approach that his team and he gave us until the final closing date. We are now in a process of finding our next home with him - looking forward to the next chapter with him and his team! :)
