Posting this review for my mother Janrae, who does not have a Google account but is overwhelmingly happy with Simon.

“In late 2020 I moved to Florida still owning a property in Fort Lee. It was leased at the time but my tenants were moving and I was without an agent. I met Simon after doing my due diligence and decided he was the right agent for the job. Simon went above and beyond leasing the property. As I was in Florida, Simon coordinated all moving pieces in order to get the space ready for new tenants, i.e. painting and addressing misc. repairs and odds and ends that needed to be wrapped up.

Simon found me the perfect tenants - truly - and made the experience, seamless and easy.

Recently, I experienced a tragedy in my family. During this time, my current tenant brought to my attention there was an issue with the dishwasher. After diagnosis, we were able to determine a new dishwasher was needed. Upon replacement, it was uncovered there were some plumbing issues that needed to be addressed before the replacement could take place. At the time this was happening, I was unable to tend to the full needs of the repair while addressing my personal family needs. I as able to lean on Simon during this time - POST deal/lease signing. Simon jumped right in, called the right connections and ensured the plumbing was addressed and the new dishwasher installed. I couldn’t be more thankful for Simon and his help during my time of need.

I am very grateful for Simon’s expertise of the market and his craft. His willingness to go the extra mile without hesitation solidifies that I made the right choice in working with Simon.

I will most definitely bring working with Simon in the future and will happily refer him to anyone I know. I highly recommend choosing Simon to represent you. You are not just a deal, but a long time friend and relationship to Simon.
