Working with Simon Kim was a pleasure for me. What really stood out for me was how quick he is to respond while having a keen eye for details.

In fact, I visited close to 100 options for over 2 months.  Simon was with me every step of the way, and never once did he push me to make a decision or grow exasperated. The closing was slowed down because of slow follow-ups from the seller. However, Simon was more enthusiastic than I was, and he continually attempted to communicate with the seller to help move the process forward. The energy and persistence reminded me a lot of my young self, and it was great to see him work so hard in my stead. With the help of Simon, I was able to buy a property listed at over a million dollars for $867,000.

He is a great negotiator. Already, friends and acquaintances have asked me to introduce him to them. I am taking it a step further, and can confidently recommend him to all of those who are looking to begin their search for a new home.
