Simon showed my family about 10 houses/condos for purchase. Although we ended up not purchasing the property due to personal family matters, it was a pleasure to have Simon as our agent.

From the beginning of our encounter, Simon was very thorough and detailed about every area of the property. We saw right away that he was very knowledgeable in this area. Through all our questions (often the same questions over again), Simon patiently explained to us and we felt that his purpose was for us to fully understand the ins and outs of the property, which we very much appreciated.

The most essential thought Simon instilled in my family was that we were able to have full trust in him to be honest and transparent when showing us any property. Even when the contracts did not fully go through, I've never felt that Simon was getting impatient with us or that his service was diminishing.

Although we haven't closed a contract with him yet, my family has no doubt that we will be calling Simon as we continue to look for property to purchase, rent, lease, sell, etc.

We really appreciate his commitment and service, and look very much forward to working with him in the near future.
